While visiting Morocco my sister became extremely ill. We brought her to the clinic where she was immediately admitted, examined, and made comfortable. She was diagnosed with a twisted bowel and required emergency surgery. The surgery was performed immediately and the outcome was successful. The surgeon, the anesthesiologist, and the support staff were all very professional and kind despite some language difficulties.
She subsequently spent 9 days recovering in a lovely, large room which was cleaned daily. The nursing staff were very kind and attentive. Big shout out to Hamza (who spoke fluent English) for his patience and willingness in helping us deal with our insurance provider and getting us back home to Canada. We highly recommend this clinic based on our experience.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. As an international tourist, I got an ear infection and in the middle of the night I went to this clinic and I was treated immediately by the doctor. Super professional and experienced doctor. I would totally recommend this clinic if you’re a tourist in Marrakech and you need immediate care.

Satisfait du service de la polyclinique, qui dans l’historique est une polyclinique de la famille depuis sa création. Le staff est identique aux précédents en tous gentillesse, comportement, échanges, communication et autres.

muy buen trato recibido en la policlínica. Fui el 10 de septiembre con mis padres porque mi madre se había caído y se había roto la muñeca, y el trato fue muy bueno. Tanto de la médico y enfermera que nos atendieron en primer momento como del traumatólogo que vino después a atenderlos, sabemos que se se llamaban Mustafá y Dr Aboufirass.
Si tenéis el seguro con Heymondo, podéis ir a esta policlínica. Nos ayudaron con todos los trámites del seguro y fue muy fácil con ellos. Si tienen que ir a algún centro en Marrakech sin duda lo recomiendo

Dr. Aboufirass was perfect. He took great care of my mom. She had a panic attack but after 20 minutes she was relaxed. Thank you so much.
